About Lynn Quinn
I have enjoyed drawing since childhood, and have been painting in watercolour since 2002. I really enjoy the transparency of watercolour, and like to experiment with combining watercolour with other media. In the past few years, I have also been working in pastel, and mixed media. In whatever I do, my desire is point others to the beauty and wonder that our Creator has given us to enjoy, that they may come to see His beauty and stand in awe of Him!

Lynn, this is lovely...I love anything Celtic...must be my Norwegian heritage! In fact...my wedding band has these same Celtic knots in it!

Thank you, Carole! I do love all the symbolism and meaning in the cross, which is for me, a message of hope -- resurrection, and new life. I chose indigo, not only because I love the colour, but because in watercolours, it has about the widest range of values that it is possible to achieve (with brown madder coming in a close second).

You put alot of love and work into this one. Good idea with the monochrome indigos. Very meaningful. Thanks for comments on Blow the Trumpet in Zion, very meaningful to me.
